Filter bags

For nearly forty years MikroPul has been supplying the industry with the very best in filtration media. All of our filter bags are manufactured utilizing superior filtration media. MikroPul introduced the pulse-jet collector but first we had to develop the fabric filter bag to make it succeed. Through extensive research we continue to develop exclusive fabrics, finishes and filter bag designs for many applications.

Two examples are:

The recently introduced Mikro-Tex® filter fabrics with a unique fluropolymer membrane finish. These fabrics have shown unsurpassed performance in both tests and field installations. They also offer significant cost savings over similar products. Among the fabrics available with the Mikro Tex membrane are Polyester and Ryton. Ryton with a MikroTex finish is a high temperature bag able to withstand temperatures to 375º F.

MikroPul has more experience with high temperature filtration and have more fiberglass filter bags in service than any other company. Our experience spans every industry, including: Coal Fired Boilers, Primary Metals, Chemicals, Waste Incineration, Cement.

A typical fiberglass bag is a woven 22oz. fabric available with a Tuflex™ or a Chemflex™ finish. Tuflex is our proprietary Teflon B Finish that quickly gained a premier reputation in the market place. If you have an application that needs added resistance to chemical attack, Chemflex is another finish that will withstand both acid and alkaline environments. MikroPul has other fiberglass filters available to suit your particular application.
